At the Laird and Dog we have a great bar & conservatory restaurant serving a wide ranging menu from 12-9pm daily. The Laird and Dog Inn, Lasswade, is renowned for its hearty portions and delicious local Scottish fayre.
With traditional favourites including steak pie and haggis, neeps & tatties and a selection of grills our menu definitely has something for everyone.

For more mature patrons we also offer a unique ‘Golden Hours’ menu which serves up half portions of time-honoured favourites, such as fish and chips, for only £5.95 (including tea or coffee).
The “Laird’s Birthday Discount Deal”, devised by the manager, allows anyone who books their birthday party at the Laird & Dog Inn and brings proof of age with them to receive that age in discount off the birthday boy or girl’s meal. For example, Grandpa celebrates his 65th birthday at the Laird with his family. Grandpa’s meal is £10 – with 65% off his meal he only pays £3.50!!!!
At the Laird and Dog Inn, Lasswade, we are proud to serve 2 cask ales along with a large range of beers and lagers. We are members of CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) and are Cask Marque accredited. If beer isn’t you tipple we have a great NEW wine list.
